At Furniture Fair, we offer both delivery and showroom pick-up. Please review the information below before placing your order.

FREE Metro Manila Delivery

Enjoy FREE delivery within Metro Manila on regular-priced purchases of ₱15,000 or more.

Please note:

  • Sale and clearance items are excluded.
  • Free delivery applies only to selected Metro Manila locations.
  • Additional charges may apply for difficult access, upper floors without lifts, or areas outside our standard delivery zones.

Delivery Information

  • We provide in-house delivery whenever possible.
  • For selected locations, we may use trusted third-party delivery partners such as Lalamove.
  • Delivery schedules are arranged after your order has been confirmed.
  • Delivery times vary depending on location and product availability.
  • Delivery fees (if applicable) will be confirmed before delivery.

Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order before accepting delivery.

Report any damage, defects or missing parts within 24 hours via:

Failure to inspect your order upon delivery or report damage within 24 hours may affect exchange requests.

🏬 Showroom Pick-Up

Customers may also collect their orders from our showroom.

  • Pickup is available after your order has been confirmed.
  • Please wait until we notify you that your order is ready.
  • Inspect all items before leaving the showroom.
  • Once collected, the order is considered accepted.
