3. Pricing and Order Confirmation
All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
Orders are considered pending until confirmed by our team. Total cost, including any applicable delivery fees, will be finalized upon confirmation.
4. Delivery and Pick-Up
We offer local delivery using our own personnel. Delivery fees and schedules will be discussed during order confirmation.
Pick-up is also available at our showroom. Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of pick-up.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Warranty
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted for furniture items with manufacturer defects reported within the approved claim period.
Items picked up from the showroom are considered final sale and are not covered by any warranty.
